Certified Trainers of The Work Maj Bjerre Sørensen and Ulrich Bührle are hosting this 9 day intensive workshop, where the focus is on you as a facilitator.

1. Basic use of The Work and the turnarounds.
Introduction of the 4 questions and turnarounds. Working method and tools in The Work. Focus on and investigation of general, basic and limiting beliefs. The 3 businesses. Spinning and client rights. My motives in the facilitation as a client. Why we use defense, explanation and justification. Social panorama. Self facilitation. Turn Around resources.

2. My role as a facilitator
Learn to listen in different ways. Learn to identify underlying beliefs in conversations. Focus on your role as a facilitator (teacher, manager, coach, parent): beliefs, motivation and hidden agendas. The relationship: client/facilitator. Feedback methods of the facilitation. Do your clients work. Self-evaluation of your facilitation. Working with difficult clients. Loving your inner reality and clean up your past working on your timeline. Working with clients with traumatic experiences. The resourceful dialogue.

3. Clear communication
Focus on communication. Where do we communicate from and what is the goal behind the goal in our communication. Love, approval and appreciation. The meaning we add to reality. Resolving conflicts with The Work. Learn to receive criticism no matter how it is given to you and learn to give a constructive feedback to be heard. A life without guilt and justification. Integration of The Work into your daily life and roles. Using The Work in coaching, in the company, in the family, in management. To give The Work to others. Ethical guidelines as a facilitator. Evaluation and celebration.

Meditation and silence will be an integrated part of the workshop. This workshop counts for 9 days attendance at a BKI approved event for candidates in the Institute for The Work Certification Program. Attendance of all 9 days is required. This workshop is presented in English. Please note that Byron Katie will not be attending this event.

For Candidates in the Institute for The Work Facilitator Certification Program this event counts for 9 days credit in Sections C. Candidates must attend the entire event to receive credit.

 


Tuition:

$2,400.00 USD (not including room & board)

Room & Board:

€573-873 (double/single room accommodation). 3 meals daily for workshop days. Breakfast on the days off. First meal is dinner on arrival day 24th March, last meal is breakfast on departure day 5th April.

Reservation of room and board is done my contacting Maj Bjerre Sørensen. We have a limited amount of single and double rooms available, so please make reservation soonest possible. It is possible to join the event without staying at the venue. Please contact Maj for more information.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If your cancellation is received nine (9) days in advance of the Workshop, your tuition will be refunded less a $100 (USD) processing fee. If you do not send advance written notice of your cancellation, if you do not attend, or if you leave the Workshop early, your payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
