Facilitator Certification Program

The Institute for The Work offers the only official Facilitator Certification Program for The Work of Byron Katie. When you graduate from The School for The Work, you are eligible to enroll and begin your training.

The Facilitator Certification Program is designed to support you in teaching yourself how to end suffering through embodying inquiry in your own life. When you make the decision to enroll in the Facilitator Certification Program, you are demonstrating a willingness to work fearlessly on yourself. This places you in the best possible position to effectively facilitate The Work of Byron Katie and earn the endorsement of Byron Katie as a Certified Facilitator.

When you become a candidate of the Institute's Facilitator Certification Program, you step immediately into an intensive immersion of The Work. Over a period of two to four years, as you fulfill your program requirements, you will spend time with Byron Katie in person, at events, and in teleclasses. Assigned mentors offer continuous support and you will have many exciting opportunities to practice and improve your facilitation skills.

From deepening your personal practice of inquiry, to sitting with your first client, to building your professional practice, our curriculum qualifies you in every way.
