How do I submit a request to be considered as staff at a School or other BKI events?

Go to www.thework.com and click on "The School." Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Staff." Click on link for the application.

Facilitator Certification Program

How long is my Facilitator Certification valid?

Your BKI Certification must be renewed every three years. This gives facilitators an opportunity for life long learning and ensures our clients the most current, qualified facilitators.

How often are the Certification Workshops offered?

Two to three times per year. Please check the Events page at www.thework.com for upcoming Certification Workshops.

Is there a time frame in which I must complete my Certification?

Certification must be completed within 6 years.

Do The Work Helpline

I am outside the U.S. can I still call the Do The Work Helpline?

Yes, standard international long distance charges will appear on your phone bill, and are your responsibility to pay.

How do I become a Do The Work Helpline volunteer?

After you have attended two schools and completed a minimum of 3 months of One-for-One curriculum, you may begin the process to become a Do The Work Helpline volunteer. Notify your mentor when you feel that you are ready.

Is participation in round robin required for members of The Work Community?

No, if you do not want to participate in the round robin, please update your preference by clicking on My Profile and scrolling to the bottom of the page. You are invited to join round robin at any time.
