“The Song of the Self, The Song of Our True Nature” Meditation on A Mind At Home With Itself

“The Song of the Self, The Song of Our True Nature” Meditation on A Mind At Home With Itself

6 Mondays (1st and 3rd of each month): September 5, 19, October 3, 17, November 7 & 21, 2022
11am - 12.30pm PT

This is an opportunity to dive into self inquiry as meditation, step into practical exercises which support self realisation, sharing this Work with partners and ultimately to imbibe the profound texts in Katie and Stephen’s book.

We will meet together online the first and third Monday each month for classes. The week in between our classes we meet with partners, RE-experiencing the meditations and the exercises. After each 3 month cycle we will start another cycle with new classes, meditations and exercises.

In our online calls we will be diving into the practical aspects of meeting the mind with understanding, exploring how it is to live from an identified place of self versus dissolving into our true nature, pure love.

“All it takes is an open mind, a mind willing to question any stressful thought that arises within it. When we understand who we really are, behind all our confused thinking, we discover the constant, effortless generosity that is our birthright”.

We will be exploring how our identities and concepts affect our daily lives and how, with the questioning mind, we can wipe the slate clean at any moment. As we uncover and discover together the thoughts that create so much suffering in our lives, we will be experiencing the empathic skills of listening and speaking from the heart and supporting ourselves to wake up to how it is to be at home, now.

Come join us as we soar and dive into “A Mind at Home with Itself”.

What previous participants have shared:

"Everything worked in this course. The organization and execution is flawless. Unlike any class I have taken, you guys pack so much more in the short time we have together. And it never feels rushed. It's been so wonderful, and has given me some really useful insight & tools. I leave feeling very calm, grounded and connected.”

"With thanks to Marty and Evie - excellent facilitators and a fantastic team together - I experienced how light-hearted and easy my life is without wanting anything, without seeking approval or appreciation and without expectations of others. And how painful it is to be in a state of mind of wanting more instead of noticing love and gratitude that is always present". JK
