Getting UN-Stuck in Life and Work – Transforming Limiting Beliefs with The Work

Getting UN-Stuck in Life and Work – Transforming Limiting Beliefs with The Work

May 24-26,2019

Join me in this restorative, beautiful location for a weekend retreat in The Work. Powerful inquiry, amazing views, cozy rooms, home made food.

• What thoughts keep you from experiencing peace and joy in your life, relationships and work?
• What fears keep you from compassionate, wise action and communication?
• What beliefs stop you from accessing the abundance of options that are available to you in your life?

We can spend our whole lives trying to change other people and the world, thinking things should be different than they are and living out of beliefs that we have never stopped to really question for ourselves.

Stressful thinking, unresolved issues, limiting beliefs and fears can keep us from fully engaging in our lives, our relationships and our work in the world.

Through inquiry, we can re-connect to our own clarity and wisdom and find more happiness and peace in our lives, even when the circumstances are challenging.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to learn to work effectively and compassionately with their own limiting beliefs and patterns and open space for learning, healing, growth and possibility in yourself and your life.

Caitlin will host an engaging weekend of inquiry for all experience levels with opportunities for learning and practice through exercises, skillful facilitation and coaching, sharing of experience, and reflection.

For me, The Work has been transformative, in every dimension of my life (personal, relationships, work). It is a practice that allows us to look at our stressful thoughts or beliefs and then work with them in such a way that our own incredible wisdom emerges and the stressful thought “let’s go of us.” Caitlin is incredibly gifted in this practice and an amazing coach to help us find our way to all that is waiting for us just below the surface of our thoughts. I’ve loved being introduced to the Work with her and would love to spend many weekends with her!

Working The Work with Caitlin Frost is a deeply transformational process that creates amazing results! Through ten sessions I unpacked a constellation of interrelated limiting beliefs and deeply held behavioral patterns that were showing up in my personal and professional life. As a result of Caitlin’s beautiful support, I am boldly pursuing my calling with a sense of clarity and ease. Already my world is shifting because I no longer get in my own way. I highly recommend Caitlin and The Work to individuals and groups who are ready to let go of the limiting beliefs that are keeping them from actualizing their potential.

Caitlin has helped me work deeper than I knew I could while maintaining a gentle unique style. Working with Caitlin, I have found my core belief, and working on it with her has radically changed my life from a state of deep depression, to a stable peaceful condition. I am learning to love and take care of myself for the first time thanks to her intelligent guidance. I recommend Caitlin as a facilitator to anyone looking to move beyond the surface and really find out what drives their depression, unhealthy patterns, co-dependence, and other debilitating obstacles in life.

Thank you very very much for a profound, loving weekend. This shifts have been huge. Like tectonic plates moving one upon the other my life will never be the same.
