The Work of Byron Katie: Autumn Retreat with Grace

The Work of Byron Katie: Autumn Retreat with Grace

October 17-20, 2019

We notice when our thoughts are off about life, reality, ourselves….we feel discouraged, despairing, angry or afraid.

Come practice The Work, a magnificent way to deeply question stressful beliefs about the world, your family, your job, money, your body…..and turn these thoughts around.

Inquiry leaves us more open, relaxed about what has befallen us, or what is to come. We find more energy to be of service, rather than hide away feeling scared. Our lives become more whole, passionate and centered.

At least, that’s what has happened for me.

Through doing The Work as a regular on-going practice, I have become more active, dynamic and passionate in the world. I’ve stepped forward as a leader, willing to risk in ways I never thought possible. I share, I’m honest, and I love deeply.

Yes, I experience events and challenges just like everyone else….but I know they are not a disaster forever, and all I need to do is question my thinking and trust life (I notice, I’m not in charge).

This retreat is open to everyone and many experienced in The Work love to attend every year. People who are brand new are also welcome. We will start with beginners mind, with a freshness and openness to situations we want to question, no matter how difficult or complicated they’ve appeared to be.

We’ll enjoy special focus on finding our living turnarounds, one of Grace’s favorite practices, for bringing the insights we find in the work into our daily activities and life.

"I did The Work, because I was in a hurry." ~ Byron Katie
