● Are you feeling ashamed of certain aspects of your body and afraid that your partner will judge you?

● Are you avoiding having an open and honest conversation about your sexual needs and desires with you partner because of the fear they may not receive you and that it might turn into an argument?
● Are you putting pressure on yourself to give your partner an orgasm or to perform sexually in a certain way because of the fear that your partner may be disappointed in you if you didn’t?
● Have you ever felt frustrated for wanting more sex from your partner or guilty for feeling sexually attracted to other people?
● Have you ever felt you wanted a deeper and more intimate connection with your partner and felt you were missing out on something?

If you have ever experienced any one of the above and are interested in gaining personal awareness in identifying and questioning all the stressful beliefs that stand in the way of your peace and inner freedom, then this program is for you!

Together, we will explore the following themes with The Work of Byron Katie:
o Masculinity: What beliefs would prevent me from feeling open, confident and worthy as a man?
o Body Image: What beliefs about my body would prevent me from being comfortable in my own skin?
o Open and Honest Communication: What beliefs would hold me back from communicating clearly and openly about my emotional and sexual needs and desires, as well as my partner’s emotional and sexual needs and desires?
o Intimacy: What beliefs would prevent me from being open and feeling intimate with my partner?
o Sexual Expression of Masculinity: What beliefs would prevent me from being at ease with the sexual expression of my masculinity and from enjoying sexual pleasure with any pressure?

The Work of Byron Katie is a very simple, yet powerful, method of self-inquiry that addresses the stressful thoughts at the source of your suffering. Once you become aware of them and question them, the knots untie themselves.

Join certified facilitators Judith Pfeiffer and Catherine Tremblay in this 5-part e-course where you will learn how to:

● Identify and question the beliefs at the source of your suffering
● Connect to your inner wisdom through inquiry
● Find deeper answers to the issues that are troubling you and experience the peace and freedom that’s already available within you

Our role as facilitators is not about giving you advice or solutions, or to try to change or fix you. It is about holding space and creating a safe container with the utmost level of confidentiality so that you can dive deep within yourself to find your own answers.
