Get Worked: A Retreat in The Work of Byron Katie on the Oregon Coast

Get Worked: A Retreat in The Work of Byron Katie on the Oregon Coast

October 11-13, 2019

We will do a ‘back to basics’ start on Friday evening, returning to simple directions. We will identify our stressful thoughts on a Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet. Then we’ll practice Inquiry in a group setting and also work in pairs in a simple Inquiry exchange.  Saturday, we will be thorough in working through our worksheets, and explore an exercise or two in the evening.  Finally, we will spend Sunday with a transitional exercise for taking this work home and using it as a supportive practice.

“I highly recommend Edie as a facilitator of the Work. I have seen her work in groups and I have worked with her individually. She is insightful and gifted in her use of questions which ultimately left me feeling complete and gratified. I always felt like she was keenly listening to me and following her intuition as to where to head next. She knows well the Work of Byron Katie and uses it skillfully.”
