Meditation - A Mind At Home With Itself

Meditation - A Mind At Home With Itself

6 Thursdays: September 3 - October 8, 2020
10:30am - 12pm PT

In this online, experiential course we will be diving into the practical aspects of meeting the mind with understanding, exploring how it is to live from an identified place of self versus dissolving into our true nature, pure love.

“All it takes is an open mind, a mind willing to question any stressful thought that arises within it. When we understand who we really are, behind all our confused thinking, we discover the constant, effortless generosity that is our birthright”.

We will be exploring how our identities and concepts affect our daily lives and how, with the questioning mind, we can wipe the slate clean at any moment. Through our work and exercises, each class we will be doing The Work with each other and individually. We will be looking at how there’s a world beyond names and how our relationships serve as reflections in the mirror. As we uncover and discover together the thoughts that create so much suffering in our lives, we will be experiencing the empathic skills of listening and speaking from the heart.

Join us as we discover how the awakened mind can be a natural source of freedom from confused thinking. You will need to have a copy of Katie and Stephen’s book “A Mind At Home With Itself” so that we can move through this class together. We are exploring different chapters each time we offer this eCourse and harvesting rich insights as we share in this community.

"I experienced this course as expansive and meditative in nature. Thank you Marty and Evie for this offering - it felt particularly special and sacred to me. An absolute treat to be a part of.
