Mind Garden: Inquiry Sundays

Mind Garden: Inquiry Sundays

Schedule
10 Sundays: October 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, December 6, 13, 20, 27, 2020

7 - 7:40am PT (8.30 - 9.10pm IST)

If you've been wanting to have The Work as a regular practice here is your opportunity to do that.

Join Jaishree, and fellow The Work practitioners, on Sundays on Zoom and work just one concept in `popcorn style' inquiry (as a group). We will be using the four questions and basic turnarounds for the facilitation.

Stressful concepts could include commonly held beliefs such as "they don't care about me", "I need more money," or “they should respect me.” The concept for the week will be announced ahead of time via email and WhatsApp. The session might begin or end with a short reading of Katie's words.

Think of this as a mental reset that will help set the tone for the week to follow. You can pay per session or by the bundle. Beginners welcome.

“Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.”

Additional Information

“From seeing and participating in Jaishree's workshop, you get a deep sense of how much she is committed to this process and applies it in her own life - her facilitation comes from a place of authenticity and openness. I am grateful to have been introduced to `The Work of Byron Katie' by her to shed light on my own patterns of negative thinking. I enjoyed observing Jaishree’s facilitation as it showed how the process works with experience.” - KG

“I had a few sessions with Jaishree. In these sessions she introduced me to The Work and we worked on some trauma from my early childhood. It helped me to release a lot of pain and old thinking patterns that were not useful anymore. Jaishree was a very kind, open hearted and professional guide on this very emotional journey for me. I highly appreciated being accompanied by her. Please kindly consider to book her for your workshops and coachings.” - K

“Jaishree has an instinctive focus that not only creates individual islands of introspection, but also a togetherness of respectful sharing in a group. Her guidance through Byron Katie's The Work has greater meaning and results, because of her own sincere belief in that It Works! Look forward to continue being a part of your sessions Jaishree.” - SB

“Jaishree was really good in her communication, teaching style, her tone of voice and clarity of thoughts. She made sure she took the full class along” - A
