“If you realised how beautiful you are, you would fall at your own feet.” — Byron Katie

This is my most personal workshop yet! I came to `The Work’ as a result of an unhealthy attachment to a man. I truly believed that I could not live without him. Though a very challenging experience at the time, one that included facing severe withdrawal, it was a journey I had to go through in order to discover my own beauty.

The simple answer is this: anytime we believe the problem is outside, we are failing to take responsibility for a lack of love and understanding of ourselves.

Let this problematic `man’ be your Guru in loving yourself better! The crazy thing is “he” does not exist as anything more than a figment of your imagination… and we’ll come to experience how that is true in this 6-week intensive.

The online series includes weekly 90-minute live sessions, meditations, partner work, practical assignments, supportive reading and audio-video material, and a WhatsApp support group.

Here are the topics week-wise:
WEEK 1: ORIENTATION - the journey inward
WEEK 2: `LOVE SICK’ - understanding the wounded heart
WEEK 3: MEETING “THE ONE” - the lover within
WEEK 4: I LOVE ME, I LOVE ME NOT - examining self-judgements
WEEK 5: LIVING AND LOVING FEARLESSLY - living true to the heart
WEEK 6: GRADUATION - the journey outward (including conscious dating)

If you’re looking to experience more peace in your relationship with a man (whether with you, apart, dead, or imaginary!) then join me on 28th March 2021 in HE-ART SCHOOL!

“From seeing and participating in Jaishree's workshop, you get a deep sense of how much she is committed to this process and applies it in her own life - her facilitation comes from a place of authenticity and openness. I am grateful to have been introduced to `The Work of Byron Katie' by her to shed light on my own patterns of negative thinking. I enjoyed observing Jaishree’s facilitation as it showed how the process works with experience.” - KG

“I had a few sessions with Jaishree. In these sessions she introduced me to The Work and we worked on some trauma from my early childhood. It helped me to release a lot of pain and old thinking patterns that were not useful anymore. Jaishree was a very kind, open hearted and professional guide on this very emotional journey for me. I highly appreciated being accompanied by her. Please kindly consider to book her for your workshops and coachings.” - K

“Jaishree has been an amazing facilitator who made me feel comfortable. She is sensitive to the discussions expected to happen in the workshop and effectively created a welcoming safe space of trust and understanding. The activities, handouts, and exercises given during the workshop were extremely effective and yet simple to implement. I hope to put the learnings in practise and have more awareness and joy in my life.” - PS

“A simple yet profound approach that takes you step by step into understanding and resolving stressful thoughts, a workshop facilitated beautifully by Jaishree. Thank you for showing us a new path to healing.” - LM
