Letting Go

Letting Go

November 20th, 2021

9am-12pm and 1-4pm PT

We've all wanted to let go of recurring thoughts, patterns, and defence mechanisms that have been stressful and cumbersome in our lives. Be it in the form of a challenging relationship, a situation that no longer nurtures us, judgemental beliefs about ourselves and others, an addiction.
And despite realizing the suffering that they cause, we've all been confronted to this place that says, "I can't let go. It's too scary. It doesn't feel safe to let go. I don't know how. What's going to happen to me if I do?".
So, we end up maintaining ourselves in psychological, emotional, and even physical suffering.
In this workshop, we offer a different approach to letting go. Instead of putting pressure on ourselves to change and "do" something, we gently move towards what feels uncomfortable within ourselves. We meet emotions and sensations with open curiosity. We look at thoughts and beliefs underneath the fear and bring them to close investigation. When we meet our fear with compassion and question our stressful beliefs from a place of openness and radical honesty, we no longer need to let go of them. They let go of us, and life starts moving through us freely without struggles.
Come and find out for yourself.
"Dare to dive deep within yourself and realize the peace and freedom of your essential nature."
