Living Beyond Fear

Living Beyond Fear

Saturdays: November 6, 13, 20, 27 & December 4, 11.

5 - 6:30am PST

Who would you be without your identity?

Fear is always the result of an unquestioned past imagined as a future.

When people learn meditation, depending on the quality of the instruction, they can come to a place when they suddenly have a felt experience of selflessness.  Some people find this reassuring.  Others find it scary.  They wonder, “Who will I be without my thoughts and emotions?  Who will I be without my sense of self?"  According to Katie, we can only find lasting peace, joy, and wisdom when we let go of our identity, which we can do moment by moment and live a courageous life.

Are you ready to live beyond fear?

We will explore and inquire about:
• my judgements about fearful sensations
• my relationship with fear
• my beliefs around the fearful past experience
• What does fear mean to me
• Why do I keep fear?
• my worst nightmare if I don’t have fear

A private class forum will be set up for us to exchange our insights and realizations, and any discoveries.

About Presenters

“I want to give participants a direct experience of what it is like to be doing and to be receiving The Work, and finding their own way in life.” To follow your own internal wisdom beyond what the world thinks and believes.

I know what it’s like to feel rejected and lost and to come out on the other side. My focus is to work with people intensely, on a short-term basis. I specialize in working with all kinds of relationships and mediations within small businesses. I would like to join you in finding your way back to a kinder, peaceful and respectful place within you.

I am passionate about people about living a complete whole happy peaceful life. I am involved in presenting this to you and the world. The Work of Byron Katie is the how to do this. It leaves you in a kinder more open and loving place. It allows you to function from a place of integrity, clarity and clear honest communication.

I have taken this journey myself and I know what it is to suffer and what it is to come out of stuck and confusing places and that is what I also bring to you.”

Additional Information

"Sagar, a gentle, soft-spoken American, helped the curious audience go down their personal rabbit holes of self-discovery and find freedom, peace and joy. He compassionately peeled off layers of endless mind chatter and rampaging thoughts with inquiry; he held the painful past up to the light of 4 questions and a turn-around."

"I absolutely love working with Aki. She listens more intently than anyone I have ever met. She’s calm, patient, and she makes me feel understood. I know that she genuinely cares about how I’m feeling, and she genuinely helps me find ways to feel more joy in my life. My favorite part of working with Aki is that she deeply understands so many different modalities, and she helps me with whatever seems to fit at the time it’s needed." - Brandy Montague

"You are a true gem! Thank you Aki for your calm and perceptive presence during your facilitations. You provided a safe harbor for me where all my fears were met with compassion. You held me gently with steadiness through the process of my inquiry allowing me to find how to end my hell of “Not good enough.” Your warmth and understanding carried me through the rough waters of my emotions. You patiently facilitated me until I clearly saw new perspectives on how to live fully. You are a true gem!" - Marccela Greer
