The Work Hotline

The Work Hotline is open 7 days a week to anyone who wants to do The Work right now. The hotline is offered at no charge and is staffed by volunteer BKI Certified Facilitators and candidates in the Facilitator Certification Program, who are ready to support callers from around the world in doing The Work.

About Hotline Facilitators

All hotline facilitators have graduated from the School for The Work of Byron Katie. These volunteer facilitators are available to guide you in doing The Work and answer questions you may have about The Work. Please understand that hotline facilitators are not mental health experts and do not give professional mental health or medical advice. If you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please call 911 or contact a local mental health organization.

Calling The Hotline

All calls to the hotline must be dialed directly. No collect calls will be accepted. Hotline facilitators respect you wish to remain anonymous if desired.

If all hotline facilitators are busy and your phone call goes into voice mail, please leave a message with your phone number. Hotline facilitators will do the best they can to respond to your call.
