Do The Work Helpline is open 7 days a week to anyone who wants to do The Work right now. The Do The Work Helpline is offered at no charge and is staffed by volunteer BKI Certified Facilitators and candidates in the Facilitator Certification Program, who are ready to support callers from around the world in doing The Work.

   
   

About Do The Work Helpline Facilitators

All Do The Work Helpline facilitators have graduated from the School for The Work of Byron Katie. These volunteer facilitators are available to guide you in doing The Work and answer questions you may have about The Work. Please understand that Do The Work Helpline facilitators are not mental health experts and do not give professional mental health or medical advice. If you are at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please call 911 or contact a local mental health organization.

Calling The Do The Work Helpline

All calls to the Do The Work Helpline must be dialed directly. No collect calls will be accepted. Do The Work Helpline facilitators respect your wish to remain anonymous if desired.

If all Do The Work Helpline facilitators are busy and your phone call goes into voice mail, please leave a message with your phone number. Do The Work Helpline facilitators will do the best they can to respond to your call.
