Round Robin
Round robin is a vital part of
The Work Community. It is an active way for School for The Work
graduates, Certified Facilitators, and Facilitators in training
to stay immersed in The Work of Byron Katie. When you join the
Institute's round robin you are paired with a new partner each
month. This special partnership allows you to be both client
and facilitator as you do The Work one-on-one. You and your round
robin partner are responsible for deciding how your month-long
relationship will work. Together you will arrange times to meet,
determine frequency and length of your meetings, and decide which
mode of communication to use.
In order to participate in the
round robin facilitation, you must have graduated from The
School for The Work.
