“The Song of the Self, The Song of Our True Nature” Meditation on A Mind At Home With Itself Two Day Experiential Workshop

“The Song of the Self, The Song of Our True Nature” Meditation on A Mind At Home With Itself Two Day Experiential Workshop

September 11 & 12, 2021
Saturday/Sunday: 6.30am - 12.45pm PT

In this online, experiential two day Workshop we will be diving into the practical aspects of meeting the mind with understanding, exploring how it is to live from an identified place of self versus dissolving into our true nature, pure love.

“All it takes is an open mind, a mind willing to question any stressful thought that arises within it. When we understand who we really are, behind all our confused thinking, we discover the constant, effortless generosity that is our birthright”.

We will be exploring how our identities and concepts affect our daily lives and how, with the questioning mind, we can wipe the slate clean at any moment.

Throughout the Workshop we will be diving into practical exercises, doing The Work with each other and individually and supporting ourselves to wake up to how it is to be at home, now. As we uncover and discover together the thoughts that create so much suffering in our lives, we will be experiencing the empathic skills of listening and speaking from the heart.
